There are many ways to muscle test and most require two people. Over the years I have settled on the easiest one to use on yourself and your family, which is also the quickest to learn and feel confident using. You will be able to apply the information immediately to yourself, your loved ones, your pets, etc.
SESSION 1 –Muscle Testing Basics
Learn what muscle testing is all about. Where is comes from. Why it is so useful. What we are tapping into. Includes a brief demonstration.
SESSION 2 – Preparing Yourself
Before you can muscle test with confidence, you need to learn how to remove your "critical mind" and tap into your divine guidance, your higher self, your inner knowing. You will learn several techniques to see what works best for you.
SESSION 3 – Benefits + Ways to Use
This style of muscle testing provides more than just a "yes" or "no." Learn how to interpret different results for optimal benefits as I explain many different ways to use muscle testing in your daily life.
SESSION 4 – Practice Makes Perfect
Gain confidence as we go through seven practice exercises that you can follow along with or refer back to as you incorporate muscle testing daily. Learn how to check your and your children for supplements, foods, body products, etc.
SESSION 5 – Checking Others: Children, Friends, Pets
Learn how to muscle test others, modifying how to test based on the size of the person or pet. Multiple examples are discussed so that you can practice and start using it right away. Examples include how to check your child for stomach aches, constipation, and skin issues, how to determine the best home remedy when your child is sick, how to uncover what is going on with your pet, etc.

As a person with a complicated health history, much of my studies and research over the years have been a necessity. I overcame illness as a teenager and later during different periods of my life environmental toxicity, heavy metal poisoning, Lyme Disease, mold exposure, and EMF sensitivity.
Each illness forced me to look further beyond conventional healing methods and, more importantly, deeper within myself. This was even further reinforced after having my first child at the age of 42, which brought a whole new perspective to my health journey and that of my family.
My background in design and construction project management and later a doctorate in holistic health, taught me to think “outside the box.” It allows me to bring a unique perspective to complicated health issues, where emotional, mental and energetic principles are often more important than the physical.
